2. Consultant Online: Dr. Vijayakar has designed a special online consultation and follow-up protocol that allows patients anywhere in the world to login and submit his/her case and consult him. The steps for online consultation are as follows:
Step 1: Payment options
A simple registration form allows the patient or his family member to sign up for the treatment using the following modes of payment.
1. Using Credit card: The fastest and the most convenient way to sign up.
2. By sending us check or bank draft to our office in India. Click here for address
Note: On Consulting by Credit Card: Any patient who registers using CC process automatically is redirected to the patients personal area and then can submit the case using the submit case link.
Note: On consulting by check or bank draft: You may send us the same at the address as specified and wait for our confirmation before you entering the patients area to enter the case. You may be motified by an email on confirmation of the receipt of your payment and then will be allowed to login to the patients area. As soon as we recieve your payment we will notify you of the activation of your link.
Step 2: Submitting Your Case:
You can submit your case from the Submit Your Case link. Submitting your case has following steps
Submit Case Step 1 : Submitting your Prelimanry Details (Compulsory): Patients prelimanry details like contact details and personal details and photographs can be submitted from this area. A case ID will be generated for the patient will be auto generated. This case ID is unique for each patients.
Submit Case Step 2 : Submitting your Complete Case History (Complusory): You can type as much as you can in the following area given to you. Kindly feel free to describe as much as you can about your self and your problems and your life.
Submit Case Step 3 : Submitting Disease Make Up (Not Compulsory): If you feel you have expressed enough if the complete case history form then you may ignore this. We would appriciate if you could take time to fill these details also, as it gives us better idea about your case. If the doctor feels the need for you to fill up then you will be adviced to do so by an email.
Submit Case Step 4 : Submitting General Make Up (Not Compulsory): If you feel you have expressed enough if the complete case history form then you may ignore this. We would appriciate if you could take time to fill these details also, as it gives us better idea about your case. If the doctor feels the need for you to fill up then you will be adviced to do so by an email.
Submit Case Step 5 : Submitting Mental Make Up (Not Compulsory): If you feel you have expressed enough if the complete case history form then you may ignore this. We would appriciate if you could take time to fill these details also, as it gives us better idea about your case. If the doctor feels the need for you to fill up then you will be adviced to do so by an email.
Submit Case Step 6 : Submitting Women Details (Compulsory for Woman Patient): For Women patients it is mandatory to fill the woman details questionaries.
Submit Case Step 7 : Submitting Child Details (Compulsory for Child Patient): For child patients it is mandatory to fill the child details questionaries. This can be done by a parent or a gaurdain.
Note: Once your case is submitted it will take 2 working days for our panel doctors to analyse and come back to you with adviced prescription.
Setp 3: Uploading your refernce documents: You can use the link "upload your reference documents" to upload scanned images, reports or small video files and audio files. You can submit as many documents as you can to support your case. Also our doctors will advice you to do the needful as and when required.
Setp 4: Follow-ups: The followup link allows you to ask our panel doctors any questions during the course of your consultation. The followup questions posted by you will be answered at the earliest or maximum 2 working days depending on the nature of your treatment.
Step 5: Appointment for Online Chat by the Doctor with you: If required the doctor may schedule an online chat session with you. You may be motified of the chat schedule by email and also in your patient's. You can accept or reject the same depending on your convience. If you accpet your chat link will be activated on the same day as you have been scheduled
to do so.
Step 6: Your prescription Dispatch Details: You would be notified with the complete details of dispatch or with an advice to procure the medicine from the pharmacy as and when the medicines are prescribed to you in your patients area as well as by an email. For specific countries we cannot courier the medicines where we will advice you to procure the medicine from a pharmacy.
Step 7: Kindly change your password at reqular intervals and kindly make a note of it at the safe place.
Step 8: Kindly sign out each time to keep your data secured.
